To book an appointment, please contact the practice on 42284955 to schedule your appointment or alternatively please email your referral to reception@wmeds.com.au and our helpful staff will contact you to schedule your appointment.
Terms and conditions

- Payment is required in full at each appointment. We accept cash, Eftpos, Debit and Credit cards. Please note a card processing fee of $1.50% applies to all card transactions.

- You acknowledge that as a courtesy you will give us at least 2 business days’ notice if you need to reschedule an appointment failure to do so may result in no further appointment being made available to you

- By failing to attend your appointment/s you accept full liability that any issues relating to your health and medications is solely your responsibility and not on your treating specialist

- We have the right to refuse to rebook your appointment if you have cancelled or missed 3 consecutive appointments

- You acknowledge your records may be sent to your referring doctor/hospital/health professionals involved in your care if requested
